📦 Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate of $8.50 on all U.S. orders — no surprises at checkout!
⏱ Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order ships, please allow 3–7 business days for standard delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.
🛍 Preorder Items
Some of our items are available for preorder, meaning they haven't arrived at our boutique just yet but are on their way! Preorder items will have an estimated arrival date listed on the product page.
- If your order contains only preorder items, it will ship once the items arrive at our boutique.
- If your order contains a mix of in-stock and preorder items, we will hold the entire order and ship everything together unless you contact us to request a split shipment.
- Preorder dates are estimates and may shift slightly — we'll always keep you in the loop if anything changes!
🏪 Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our boutique in Franklin, IN! Simply select local pickup at checkout, and we'll send you a notification when your order is ready. Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days.

- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off.
